After finishing the HTML and CSS courses, do I have to learn Dreamweaver?

I recommend you to use Brackets as an editor. Dreamweaver is not free, I do not say it's bad, but Brackets is free. Also, Brackets is developed by Adobe (they developed Dreamweaver). They both have live preview of your coding.

dreamweaver isn't a language, its an editor. after html/css, in the direction you're going, try js or jquery for web development - gives you a very appealing website (if that's what you want to do!) combined with html/css. *_*

Dreamweaver is just an editor. There's nothing to learn from it
