i'd say css should be the next to learn, i learned html/css at the same time. css will add beauty to your page while html is your structure. css is best with conjuction of html/js, so after css you can try js (behaviour of page). i'm learning jquery sometime around js, also maybe sql.

You should do JavaScript or CSS and after you've learned JavaScript you should learn JQuery, because it's a JavaScript library. If you want to add style to your website, you should learn CSS, or JavaScript if you want to add functionality. But for a good website you should learn both.

I would think the next list is the most logic one:
1. HTML
2. CSS
3. JavaScript
4. JQuery
5. SQL
6. PHP
The first four are really for making websites. 5 and 6 for database management and incorporating that in websites.
After that:
Python, C#, other C languages, Ruby, Java etc in any order you seem fit.
