Depends on what you mean by "study", if your​ talking about trying to memorize every single possible value I'd say your better off just using an online calculator: https://www.w3schools.com/colors/colors_picker.asp https://www.w3schools.com/colors/colors_hexadecimal.asp (there are many more if you just search online for a "hexidecimal color calculator"). The only ones you really need to remember are: Black (#000 or #00000) White (#FFF or #FFFFFF) and also that first two characters stand for "RED" so #FF0000 (or #F00) is the base red colour, the two middle characters stand for "GREEN" so the value you gave (or #00FF00) is the base green colour and the final two characters stand for "BLUE" so #0000FF (or #00F) is the base blue color hence the why it's also know as rgb (red green blue). Mixing these is just like mixing paint colors so half red, half green would make yellow, half red, half blue would make purple etc.
