@Code-adi, it depends on the language you prefer. Try to find some web framework for it, check documentation, examples, books about this specific framework. Also don't forget to level up your SQL, HTML, CSS and JS knowledge. This will be very useful for Web Dev.
If you don't have preferable language you can try to start with for http://freecodecamp.org for example. There you can learn Web dev basics with JS and create some portfolio with OpenSource projects.
