I want to adjust the text without br tags in a panel. how can I?

yes but you have two ways: 1) use a css3 property called word-wrap and assign the value to break-word; 2) or you can set the overflow to auto.

Example 1:

p{
word-wrap: break-word;
}
</style>

Example 2:

overflow: auto;
}
</style>
