Which language one should start to learn. c or c++ or any other language.

dunno, c++ is the industry standard, so that I guess.

I think starting with c will make your base stronger but starting with c++ is not a bad idea too considering the fact that c++ is object oriented.

Well, C, C++, and Java have similar syntac, because they are one family. But I can say that Java is the most popular programming language today. You can view at glance Java in http://javabasictoadvanced.blogspot.co.id/p/preface.html

Learning c gives you alot of bad habits if you ever wanted to learn c++, depends what you want to do with it.

At university, our introductory courses used Java and Python. I think the most used languages today would be C++ and Java. I use C at work, but it's not very common.
