Out of C language or C++ Programming language which is better for a hacker??

c++ is more than you need but i dont really know what is a hacker for you. tho you are not chained to one language when you are doing all the bad stuff. every attack needs some other resources and other types of resources so one language is not cool. if you would like to make cheats then yeah, but for that i would take c++ or even c#. the legaciness of C is ya know, wow. but still love c cause it is fast
