well, it really depends on what you want. so if you want eclipse, just look up eclipse and it should say neon and you pick which ever works for your computer (make sure you have java from oracle, or else itll give you some problems), next if you want to download notepad++ you do the same thing except you dont need java from oracle :). there is of course many other ides and to find them you just look up the name. heres a few of ides:

1. eclipse neon (i recommend it)
2. notepad++ (its an ok ide)
3. netbeans (i have never personally used it)
and im sure theres more but ive never heard of them.
