Apps that you download from the app store are compiled and it is impossible (or very hard) to view its source. Otherwise people could just copy each other's code.

There are online tools like javadecompilers.com/apk that can decompile apk files but I'm not sure how good they work. I think the tool returns the code different than it was originally written because of the compiling. Variables and function names are random and it will take some time to turn it into readable code.
