I once did a training course where each participant had a computer terminal, and the supervisor could see all the code and comment it. On the first day, we had an asessment test, there were questions on a blackboard, the supervisor said, don't start before I've set up a sandbox (safe environment) for each of you, but I had already started before and created an endless loop, so they had to get an IT guy to fix it. It seemed funny back then...
