@Leon Liju Joseph -- by chance do you mean all accounts "higher than system accounts" (standard users from the system's perspective) or do you mean: "all accounts, they're all users?"

infact removing all users shouldn't be the case
you should delete user account , maps, files,etc
so please read the link before doing something
