How can I become a best programmer?

I am just beginner...I need to develop as a programmer...how can I....anyone could suggest me some steps...

1)Be Creative .
2) Code something that's unique and no one has ever coded or have ever thought.
3)In education you should do Maths, Computer and a bit physics.
4)But remember you shouldn't copy others code , that's not legal .
5)For becoming best you should at least code 1 hour and keep coding , this will lead you to be the 2nd Mark Zukerburg.

Sunny just try doing something. I was feeling the same last week. Now I have done HTML and I feel positive that I can make it. Ignore those who pull you down. Here in the community are a people who will lift you up when you are stuck.
