SoloLearn will not be responsible for supernatural happenings involving smartphone emitting X-rays and other cosmic rays, which may or may not cause your eyes to shoot lasers through the screen and right through the other side of the globe.
That said, you may choose to take precautions to protect your eyes, and possibly human beings living on the other side of Earth:
Google -> Bluelight filter.
App settings -> Night Mode.
You may also encase your mobile phone in 30mm thick lead to shield the outside world from other awesome radiation caused by using SoloLearn.

Have someone else do it and read it to you. They'll damage their eyes and you'll be able to see forevah.

What the actual heck man...
Smartphones don't emit x-ray radiations... and even if they did it wouldn't be the screen that was doing it.
In case what you were worried about was eyestrain from blue light, there are a few things you can do to avoid it:
1.- Some phones nowadays include an option to activate a blue light filter, although the tones become a little more dull.
2.- As stated by Ahmed, you could buy some of the new so-called "computer glasses" (although these are just physical filters of blue light).
3.- Try not to spend too much time at one go with the phone; rather use it in shorter spawns with small pauses inbetween every period. Aditionaly, avoid being exposed to blue light for the last couple of hours of the day (before going to bed) to improve your sleep quality.
Hope it helped.
