Which program you using to create a android game

Im new in java and i wanna know with which program i can create a android app with java, not a game only a good material designed app with no problems

Android studio for Android apps(Java)
xamarin for Android/apple apps (c#)
then for Android games just pick a game engine you like:

unity(c#)
unreal(c++)
your own
cry?(c++ I think)
monogame(c#)
hopefully not game maker but hey, it's all you my guy

not sure how many Java game engines there are. Most Java developer just use Java with opengl that I've see
