1. Register your domain first
2. Buy hosting (monthly or yearly)
3. Change name server of domain, in GoDaddy you dnt need to do this, you can directly setup your cpanel With domain, it's quite simple in godaddy
4. Open file manager in cpanel and upload your files there

1st you need to buy a domain, e.g a dot com domain it's around ten dollars.
2nd you need to rent a hosting for your domain (there're monthly and annually paid, choose the best for you).
3rd you must connect your domain to your hosting, match dns, blablabla.
4th now you can upload your Website to your domain via ftp or some uploader provide by your hosting, they also provide the access information to make it trough ftp.

You can also check free hostings providers like 000webhosting, but the domain would be an ugly address like http://www.your-site-name-here.netai.net.
