Any recommendations for me to learn anything about computers when i am new to all of it?

Newbie to anything internal to computers, I have a basic grasp of computers operation. Learning the inner workings of process.

I would like to learn both, but learn the "easiest" of the two. I was a wind turbine technician and troubleshooted processors and other low voltage electrical components (milli) for turbine operations. I have downloaded several apps on everything from basic computer knowledge to coding and ethical hacking. I can input lots of information in a short amount of time.
