Bug bounty!!

what are the essentials to be known to contest in a bug bounty program and ethical hacking...please explain me !!!!

if you are beginner I want to tell you not every company have that program which can make you richer some company don't offer money only a fame will gives ok?
2nd it's not life time business it's part time ..

3rd don't try to hack organization or company hacking tools not required find bug it's fault by company not us. we can't hack..

if you want to learn bounty don't expect money.. and it's very hard job to find bugs in lots of ripo and camits
want to learn first off all learn about verstion control system how it's work and how we can find bug with our common sense learn code must important understand code because we are hackers security experts .. camapre code with lots of comits and ripo. that's it I share my knowledge and experience which I have...
