There is a little introductory course on edx site:

You can find all the basic commands there.

You can also find the basic course on Codecademy.

And, last, but the best: the Linux documentation project: www.tldp.org

You can even download books from there for free.

Edit: Actually, that's not the last. ☺ You can find tons of material and books online.

However, those courses are a good starting point if you are a total beginner.
