anybody suggest any best book or portal
regarding to practical project because until unless I use my learning in practice that won't be successful.

I personally prefer www.hackerrank.com
The site above has many challenges that encourage you to use the information you've learnt here, plus many other programming languages, too.
And also challenges motivate you from easier to harder questions.

I strongly recommend free video courses on Coursera.org
Most of them are project-oriented. You build your Python project and expand it week by week to for a final grade. Start from "Python for Everybody" and then there are many more.

if you're in learning phase start with codecademy, edx.org, byte of Python site, and YouTube videos.
If you wanted to test your skill try online challenge provided by sites like hackerrank,hackerearth,codechef,spoj.
you can also see source code of small projects written in Python on GitHub and try for yourself and modify them to see how that turns out.
