I wouldn't base trends off of 2 people. lol I just made another post about an hour ago that has the "trends" as of 2015.

C#/C++/Java are all really amazing languages, and worth knowing imo. I personally hate Python, but many people seem to like it.
As for C++, it's hardly anything close to being machine language. Machine language is nothing more than 0s and 1s. lol Assembly would be the closest you'll get before actually just using binary itself.

@netkot ent yeah, die like the smiling hacker lol... well I'm still processing to my admission to get into the uni to study computer science, but I've had a passion for creating and developing softwares even before teenage, I always liked games and wanted to be a real pro geek

I don't think you guys are capable of voting on what I personally like best; that'll always be relative to my opinion alone. lol However, I agree with Oumas, C# is my favorite language also.

netkos ent, you've really been in this business 👌😂

@victor Very cool! I've no doubt you'll get accepted into Uni. I was 100% self-taught with programming, but about a year or two ago decided to go to Uni and focus on game development so I could learn the graphics hands-on, and become better with the business/marketing side of it.
Hit me up bro. One of the teams I'm currently working with is a team of people that are learning, so it's a very laid back environment and not as much pressure in regard to deadlines. If you're interested, you're more than welcome to learn with everyone and in the end, have a game released from the effort plus priceless experience.
If you're interested, hit me up at NetkosEnt@gmail.com so we can talk with each other beyond this website.

@victor lol I suppose you could say that. Back in the 90s, I use to just do it for fun as a kid/early teen and I got interested in developing games, but got sidetracked with networking for a bit. Been working with the same telecommunications company for the past 10 (11?) years initially doing networking, and transitioned into software engineering. Recently, I've begun to transition back into game development, and am currently working on a few game projects projected to release next year. My end goal is just have fun programming games and die with a smile on my face. ;)

tbh i think c++ is the way to go because is close to machine language and i like the mystery and the hard thinking when coding with it.
