Is learning to design websites(which basically means learning html,css and javascript)actually beneficial for my future?

I'll get straight to the point. I want to know whether it will get me a good job or I can make a good living out of it myself. I am passionate about it, not that I am forcing myself to do it. In need of motivation!😞

As long as people use the internet, they will need other people to create the content for them to use. Furthermore, about 10℅ of job positions in the IT sector are expected to be vacant by 2020, so you don't have to worry too much about the competition😁
