Best language for data scientist?

Hi guys, I know nothing about coding but I want to learn. I want more to be a data scientist than I want to be a professional programmer. What language do you recommend?

python is very easy to learn hence I recommend it. upon mastering python, you can go ahead and learn R if you must otherwise python is more than sufficient for you to go any length as a data scientist.
