If you had to choose only one language to really study hard, what would it be and why?

It doesn't really match with my future interests... but i'd say C++.

I love programming and C++ can give me a 100% programming experience whether i had to choose only one language.

frankly speaking I can say c++.This is the father of all the other modern oop.start with c++ first after fully understand it you can move and add some other interesting programming languages like c# and python.
