NO . (personal experience) You gotta learn from variety of sources . online as well as offline . But with time and dedication you will certainly reach there

No. I think, SoloLearn is a great platform for a beginner!! As I'm seeking for a JavaScript Core Courses where I can find a place like SoloLean.. I'd still recommend SoloLearn! Because It's the best one!!
