Does multiplication have higher precednce over division

Essentially you can use the normal order of operations. But it is also about what runs first. PEMDAS In grade school they taught us "please excuse my dear aunt sally" to remember it. Parenthesis before all. With multiplication and division they run according to what runs first. Same applies for addition and subtraction. Parenthesis Exponent Multiplication Division Addition Subtraction

No. They have same precedence. Whatever comes first is executed first. Left to right execution.

both have same precedence unless enclosed by parantheses when evaluating an expression with same precedence operations expressions are evaluated left to right.
