The question applies to everyone..not just one language ;) otherwise I would have simply tagged one 😂😂

I do. Like what others have responded before me it helps with memorization a bit(some people more than others) and also a handy little guide when you don't feel like going on a hunt to find where you think it was taught in the course.

Yes, I too make notes of special keywords or algorithms I found a hard time understanding or still haven't learned yet. I then write sample programs along with the notes (just fragments, as functions or just the main) to keep a note of how the feature/function/keyword is to be implemented in reality (After all, theory and practical knowledge can sometimes be a little conflicting).

@Dave Ryder Jr
Thats what Im saying as well, it applies to all languages. So shouldn't a programming / coding tag be used in such cases?

Please tag your question correctly. Is it related to js or c++? I think it is more general...

Nope, since I can look everything again here.

Well I rather code.

I don't but I can see how it would be helpful to others. Taking notes would provide a quick reference to help you remember details.

I started taking specific "list" notes when I noticed how the syntax worked. it's helped me quick reference certain things I need to remember. like a "cheat sheet".

I would definitely take notes especially if that is what it would take for me to get a better idea of what course I was trying to learn. #Sololearn
