Why i cant install Eclipse Neon with Java 9 DK?

I get a Error massage. java.dll not found . But i set the path and installed it properly.

see if your JAVA_HOME variable is set to the system path. sometimes it is set instead to the user and this causes a conflict because there are 2 paths set. this usually occurs if you install a new jdk and still have the old jdk. hope this helps. if not delete the old jdk that will probably work aswell.
