How should I go round getting a job in the programming industry

Hi, I've been wanting to know for a while how should I go round getting a job in the programming industry. I'm currently 15 but I have a huge passion in coding and I want to in the future get a programming job. But how should I go round doing that :)

Any answers are highly apprenticed :)

Get a Computer Science Degree, or some other programming related degree. I have this lecturer who said he couldn't find a job simply because he didn't have a degree, even though he had all the skills he needed for the jobs he applied to.
