Should i start with html??

i am new..and i dont no what i want to be..means a web developer...or an app developer..or anything else.....

Yes, Start from learning HTML and then CSS, later Javascript.

HTML is easy and you don't need any program further a text editor. You also can press Cmd (Cntr) + Shift + I at you browser and see the html of that page working. Remember that html is ugly alone and css + javascript make the page more complex to understand.
