In my opinion Brainfuck is one of the most complicated languages:

I think it's Whitespace. As the name suggests, the language only consists of sequences of spaces, tabs and linefeeds.

Whitespace is created to test the limits of computer programming language design, and not intended to be used for mainstream programming. It is simply a proof of a concept, with very limited practical applications, since it’s hardly used in the real world.
