I am an electrical engineer. I want to make android application for fun but i don't know about coding. How can i learn coding?

The great thing about programming for fun is that it doesn't matter if you make mistakes. Just keep trying and when you don't know how to solve a problem you can research it and try as many solutions as you need to until it works.
I would also suggest learning how to use version control software such as git. That way you can gain experience if you decide to get a job or even just help out with an open source project, and it will help with trying multiple versions of solutions to a problem if they don't work out. You don't have to connect your git repository to a server (such as GitHub) if you don't want to. It can all be done locally
