How can I be benefitted by learning Python in my professional life as an electrical engineer?

To my modest knowledge of the subject, there are some Python modules which let you write the Python code and it's later translated into Verilog. Vice versa modules are there, too - letting you call Python code from Verilog.

You might get into robotics and IoT for example :)

@kuba, I have interest in VLSI and industrial automation. I know verilog. would it help if I learn python for this?
