What is the level of this app? Can we make a mobile app after completing the course?

To develop for a specific platform you'll need a language and a way to interact with the platform. SoloLearn can teach you the languages, that knowledge is platform independent. As for the way of interacting with the platform, you will need either to use a 3rd party library, or the platform API. So, for example, if you want to be able to develop an Android app, you'll need to know a language (Java in most cases) and either learn Android native app development (using Android system API), or use some library, that allows development of Android apps in the chosen language. My oppinion is that learning a language is way simplier task than all the other stuff you'll need to for mobile app development. PS: search some beginer Android development tutorials to see what it is like.

42 SoloLearn alone wouldn't give you all the knowledge you need to create a mobile app.
