When choosing what to practice, try to find people skilled in analysis and adopt (then adapt) their strategies. Beware of people selling it though; there's more than enough free material out there.

Take each problem and break it down into smaller problems. Solve the smaller problems first. This will lead to solving the bigger problems and it won't seem so overwhelming.

The technique is used by all the great programmer is just practice 😉 There is a proverb "Practice makes a man perfect" 😁 Try so solve too many problems and one day you will improve your problem solving technique 😚😚
