Backend language to learn?

What backend language you would recommend, PHP, Python, Node.js or some other and why?

it all depends on the business logic you want to develop and what to achieve. I recommend anyway php or nodejs

for any beginner, due to the larger availability of tutorial I suggest php. from there the journey to Javascript and subsequently Nodejs is smoother.

C# (and ASP.NET) is a great choice for big business apps. Ruby on Rails (ruby) is also a good framework. As for me (desktop programmer), Node.js is a little bit strange and PHP is sometimes inconsistent.

Python is really attractive, especially if you like data analysis.

Thanks for answers, I know JavaScript, jQuery and Im learning AngularJs right now. But i wanted to know what should be my next step. Python looks really attractive to me, but i think that php is much more used.
