What is the good time for learning code

Usually, Myself try to solve the question when ever. I have some time in my hand ..Even after class if teacher getting late in class then I try to open this software to solve some questions though I know it's less time I had left in my hand for next class

Never, You should never LEARN the code.

Try and read what it does, understand various alogrithms and methods used to achieve a thing but never LEARN stuff.

Why?? Because coding languages will change, but the way you think and alogrithms won't.

The perfect time to understand codes?? NOW. Whenever you have time, just say to your self "Now or never"

All the time, even i have dream of working on program or solving the problem , some time before i was working on a project pomodoro clock and i was stuck somewhere , i did solve that problem in my dream , when i got up , the same solution i implemented that and was working awsm.
