Can one perform operations with file effectively using phone?

Yes, though not on Sololearn.
On the Sololearn Compiler for C++, you can't access files. It is simply not supported.
But on apps like CppDroid and C4Droid, you can. (They are offline compilers with C++11 support and you may even access files with those.)
