What do you guys think about companies which create softwares that are used to create mobile apps without coding??

to me i think its discouraging young people who want to learn about programming and reduce the value of the work that get done by real programmers because what they did can be also done other one who doesn't even know anything about codes.!

well, think of it this way, often those software are limited, and can't do things a real coder would know how to do! business wise its good, because then you can optimize your app by hand to do what some other app can't that wasn't coded. you can advertise how better it is, and the non coding app won't be able to compete!

It's all about demand and supply as we tend to try something new without paying significant effort. If I can achieve something without the need to become or hire a professional, why not? Perhaps this is the reason why Wix was so popular. 😉 Let's take a camera for example, why do we need DSLR if a phone camera can shoot decent photos too? Does it hinder photography as a profession? 💭

It's not an all-negative feature to be able to make applications with ease. It surely won't be always used under the laziness umbrella! Also some of them allow you to use web technologies to make your applications. Also bear in mind that most of them make the application cross-platform for you, so instead of writing from scratch, you save A LOT of time and also get the benefit of wide reach for your application. Also it can be for people trying out programming for the first time... Who knows? The feature you don't really feel can actually open up the doors for people willing to learn programming.
