Where can I get help building a GUI app for Linux using Python?

I need a head start building my first project. I want to build a simple app for linux with Python. Most content on the web is all about web development and few guides and resources on building Linux application.

Anyone know where I can find the right resources?

Use a library called (tkinter). Look it up
