You should finish the C# course in sololearn and move on to another sites such as edx to expand your knowledge on C#.

first finish sololearn tutorial then go reading a text book , I recommend you the book "fundamentals of computer programming with c#, nakov" , it's very good cause it starts from the very beginning and have lots of exercises, and remember to be patient.
