Why not start it on your own first, then consult back here if you find difficulties, I don't mean to be rude, but in general, people don't really fond being asked to finish something entirely, contribution expectations is tolerable however :)

How do you pretend others to know how you manage your restaurant?
I mean there are different ways to handle provision, maintenance, orders, personnell, accounting ecc and they vary for every owner.
Your program will reflect your needs.
