How to be a good problem solver?! And how long does it take?!

I'm a junior student in Computer Science but I feel that I'm not sufficiently good in problem solving and algorithms, so if anyone can tell me how to start and how long does it take I'd be so thankful.

Depends upon what problems you want to solve. I'm great at solving logical problems, but I'm horrible when it comes to solving emotional problems because I'm not an emotional person usually. So, what type of issues are you running into and what problems are you having difficulty with? If you're having problems with algorithms and other such stuff, then I would put more focus on honing your math skills further. Math is very important and helps us be able to think / resolve things in more ways than if we didn't have the knowledge of math. As well, you'll become better at all of this as you continue to use it, run into problems, solve those problems, and learn new things to address problems. You're only a junior right now, so don't beat yourself up over it quite yet; if you're in the same position 10 years from now, then lets talk. ;) As for how long something takes, that just depends upon yourself. Everyone is different and everyone learns differently. For myself, I'm naturally a logician/problem solver, so it's just something part of my core nature. However, I'm naturally horrible at math, so I had to put more work/effort into mastering math. Whatever the situation is for yourself, the key is to stay patient, dedicated, and persistent toward what you're wanting to accomplish. If you stay focused on that, it doesn't matter how much time it'll take, youll reach what you're trying to do. Best of luck to you!
