What JDK do I download for my android phone? I don't have a computer. Do I HAVE to HAVE a computer?

You really must have a computer, since there is no executable file generator for android, IOS or Windows Phone. I know how it is to code without a computer, i searched for all the apps i could, but none of them were able to compile and generate executable files. I strongly advice you to get a good computer.
