which programming languages and frameworks you think will be the best in web development . what do you think about asp .net core 2.0 mvc 6 ? node.js , angular.js , react.js ...

HTML and CSS aren't programming languages.

NodeJS will probably stick around for awhile, along with Javascript and its various frameworks.

As for what will be best in the future, hard to say. A lot can change in a short amount of time.

I'm sure, JS will be alive for a really long time.
Even if here will be good alternative,people will still use it.(as they do with php)
