Which language is the most useful or recommended for continuous integration and continuous deployment?

These concepts have taken a boom in the software industry allowing the entry of new disciplines such as Devops. I would like to know what the indicated programming language would be to start dealing with these.

Which language is the most useful or recommended for Continuous Integration ? ==> In my company, we use Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, Docker, Artifactory to implement Continuous Integration. And I need to know how to write shell script(or python, ruby) for Jenkins jobs, write dockerfile and make docker images for different projects.

For me, Java is the best language for deployment. It is Android's API. If you look in the appstore for any app, you will always get results on the same app or similar ones. You can, use Android Studio if you choose to make an app for Android. You can also beta test apps such as Instagram, Maps and Snapchat. Java for Android is the best language for deployment on Google Play Store.

docker uses and organizes multiple cluster containers for the cloud to keep everything neat and packed for the ultimate ocd punch straight from a command line tool install for seamless updates and integrations. similar to git another form of version cotrol. files etc database applications you name it and control them all together how you like.
