How do I make a link to my coded webpage?

So I’m coding for the fist time and I’m doing it on my samsung tablet in an app called ”anWriter free” and right now I just have three sentences on it but if I would like my friend to visit this webpage, she would need a link, how do I make one?

You would either need to host it from a computer on your network, properly route it, and send them the IP that it can be accessed from. Or you would need a remote server to upload it to, properly route it, and then send them the IP for the website or the URL if you registered it with a domain name. Or you could send them the raw files and have them open it just like you do.
