Hello! it all depends on the task that you set for yourself. implementation is usually possible in any language. but to learn the basics of programming, I advise starting with C, where you will learn how to correctly allocate the memory and resources of the PC. then you can study the specification of any language and perform tasks in a language convenient for you.
