Can i install Visual Studio 2015 on my pc with windows 7 ? There is the compatibility?

Unless you're using a Mac computer, Xamarin is not a standalone product. You'll add its platform functionalities to your VisualStudio Community Edition or any other version of VS you're running. If there's no VS installed on your machine, when you download Xamarin from its website, it'll install VS Community for you and then add Xamarin suite to it. So you can just do that instead of worrying about compatibility issues. But, that being said, like the other user told you, it's better start thinking on upgrading your Windows. Both Win 8.1 or Win10 will allow more IIS efficiency and many extra features on app development.

Yeah just go on Visual Studio website and download Visual Studio, but what language do you want it for?

No, There shouldn't be, but its best to upgrade to windows 10 as windows 10 suits and goes better for developers as it is mostly recommended as Microsoft focuses more on windows 10 now
