I'm 15 and I'm going to study IT in college does it even have benefit to learn C++ in this age because soon or late I'm going to learn all of the languages so isn't it kind of waste of time learning it twice?

Never a waste of time to do something you love. Plus, learning and object oriented language benefits you in many, many aspects of programming and understanding the file itself, and how the computer thinks. Thinking like a computer is the most important part of talking to them. Also, learning a new language - like Russian - can help you understand and learn more quickly a similar language - like Ukrainian. So learning C++ can help you better learn and understand C#, for instance. As can JavaScript/ECMAScript to jQuery. Sometimes it's necessary to learn one with another. Especially when programming artificial intelligence.
