Is python easier then other programming language ???

Easier to get up and going, yes, but because it's so easy it's also easy to create bugs that are hard to figure out. This is where compiler based languages can be easier in the long run because they'll tell you even before you compile where the error is, and can step though code line by line to discover where bugs are occurring.

Personally I believe Python should be learned by everyone, but I would also learn another language like C# or Java. Some projects are better in those other languages than Python, and knowing both can help you determine which language to use when it's required.

Yes. Python is very easy compared to other programming languages. It is much simpler and easier to learn. If it takes 10 lines of code in java to do something, you will be able to do that in python in one line. I 0J = 1P.
